Common Questions
- What's the difference between IMAP and POP?
- IMAP works with email directly on the server, while POP fetches mail from the server and stores it locally. We recommend IMAP, so all your devices are in sync.
- What's the maximum attachment size?
- The maximum size for an attachment is 50 megabytes. Message that exceed this limit will be rejected.
- Should I use SSL for POP/IMAP/SMTP?
- You should *always* use SSL. This will help prevent bad actors from intercepting your connection to our servers.
Quick Tips
- Keep your inbox clean!
- Your devices will sync faster if you keep your inbox tidy. Organize messages in to sub-folders, or purge messages that you are sure you'll never read again.
- Access your email anywhere
- Are you traveling? Access your email via webmail if you're at an internet cafe. https://webmail.emailsrvr.com
- Traveling Abroad?
- Ensure you have international data roaming enabled with your carrier. If not, disable email syncing to prevent excessive data charges while abroad.
